AFGE Fifth District Convention will be held from Monday, May 17, 2010 through Friday, May 21, 2010 at the Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino. The Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino is located at 999 Ashford Avenue, San Juan. Puerto Rico and the telephone number for reservations is 888-7221274. The Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino website is www.conradsanjuan.com Check in will be Sunday, May 16th from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
The Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino bas established our special convention rate as $139.00 + (Tax) for single ordouble occupancy. We ask that you make your Convention reservation by the cut-off date which is April 16, 2010. Please identify yourself as part of the AFGE 5th District Convention. Once our cut off date bas passed, room availability may be extremely limited, so please make your reservations early.
Registration forms and fees for the Fifth District Convention are to be postmarked to the Fifth District Office no later than April 15, 2010. Registration fee will be $300.00 per person and once submitted there will be NO REFUNDS AND THERE WILL BE NO ON-8ITE REGISTRATION. Late registration (after April 15) will be $350.00 with NO exceptions. Do NOT forget to bring a PAC item for the Pac Auction.

The AFGE 5th District Convention Check-in will be open from 3:00 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. starting Sunday, May 16, 2010.
