The Embassy Suites has established our special conference rate as $129 + (Tax, etc) for single or double occupancy (king beds only). We ask that you make your Convention reservation by the cut-off date which is June 9, 2010. Please identify yourself as part of the AFGE Florida State Council. Once our cutoff date has passed, room availability may be extremely limited, so please make your reservations early. The Council has arranged to have complimentary wireless high speed internet in the guest suites (normally $9.95 per day). The Council has also arranged for group rate for 3 days pre and post conference based on availability.
Registration forms and fees for the Florida State Council Meeting are to be postmarked to Mr. Van Slyke no later than June 4, 2010. For affiliated locals, registration fees will be $75.00 per person and once submitted there will be NO REFUNDS.Late registration (after June 4) will be $85.00 with NO exceptions. For non-affiliated locals, registration fees will be $85.00 and late registration will be $95.00 (after June 4).

The AFGE Florida State Council Check-in will be open from 4:30 p.m. through 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2010 in the lobby area.
